Introduction to Seitan Made from Scratch • Date to be confirmed

Learn the skill of creating food that is high in ‘clean’ protein. Seitan, traditionally known as Kau Fu, it has been the staple food of Buddhist for centuries. We will make seitan using only vital wheat gluten, homemade vegetable broth and herbs and spices.

Basic French Patisserie • Date to be confirmed

Starting with simple French patisserie such as madeleines, caneles and flan patissier. Surprise your loved ones and friends with flavourful treats that are not easy to find in most bakeries. Even better, they probably will not know that they are plant-based.
